Free Cooking For Kids program at Epping Rec

Learn to cook like a real chef! Cooking for Kids™ offers youth in
grades 3-6 an opportunity to make their own healthy snacks and other great tasting food, share new skills with others, and have fun! Five free classes will be held from Wednesday, Jan. 18 through Wednesday, Feb. 15 from 3:30 to 5 p.m. at the Epping Recreation Dept., 17 Academy Street, in Epping.

Terri Schoppmeyer, Educational Program Coordinator at UNH Cooperative Extension, will provide hands-on instruction to help youth develop a love of cooking and the skills to make health food choices wherever they go. Cooking for Kids™ is sponsored by Operation Frontline, the New
Hampshire Food Bank, and UNH Cooperative Extension, Nutrition Connections.
